We are always thinking and looking for ways to minimize packaging and waste.

Everyday life is expensive! A lot of time and money are spent on eating and personal care. Here are some of our favorite items and things we do to control costs (time and money) and maximize value as we see it.

One theme is Buy vs. Build. Shopping, prepping, cooking, clean-up, and storing left-overs is time consuming and often wasteful. Not to mention all of the packaging involved.

Another is the concept of Food as Medicine. Try to eat healthy!

How can we be more sustainable in purchase and use practices.
